Mom got to go home on Friday. She's still in a weakened state and it will take her some time to get her strength back. But she is very happy to be home.One of the highlights of the day was a visit from her buddy Tyler. Mom is fortunate to have some great neighbors. Tyler is in the 6th grade and lives next door with his mom and dad and two sisters.
Since Mom cannot go outside her house (she has steps front and back which she is not able to negotiate on her own) Tyler brings her mail each day and takes her trash can out to the curb.
She was SO glad to see him when she got home. I just had to share this adorable picture of the two of them.

Hope her eating has improved to allow for her to gain strength?
