Part of our work to ready the apartment for inspections included doing a little work on the balcony - reorganizing, tossing old plastic pots, etc. I have three pots of tulips out there. As you can see they are coming up and will hopefully provide a nice blooming display in a month or so. It's so much nicer to look at these pots and the pansies on the rail instead of just the freeway view and the mall.
